Warranty
1) All Zenun Industries brand motors are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship
from date of invoice. The warranty period for specific ratings is:
a) 18 months - Single phase
b) 24 months - custom products, EPAct efficient, IEC2
c) 36 months – Premium efficient, IEC3
d) 60 months – IEEE 841
2) This warranty is conditioned upon the installation, operation and maintenance per standard
industry practice or used under normal conditions for which they were designed and
specified to operate. Modified motors will not be warranted.
3) Warranties are inspected, serviced or warranted by any EASA (Electrical Apparatus Service
Association) Shop in good standing. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange
transportation to and from the warranty shop, including transportation for the actual job
site. The warranty shop must contact Intelliworks HT with an estimate of repair cost
(with a properly completed EASA 1097 report) for approval of repair or replacement
authorization at Intelliworks HT discretion.
4) There are no other warranties, expressed or implied.
5) Intelliworks HT under no circumstances shall be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or
consequential damage, including freight.
Return Policy
1) Returns are permitted within 90 days of invoice, freight paid by customer.
2) All returned products must be unused, undamaged and in resalable condition.
3) Original packaging must be undamaged to avoid additional repackaging charge.
4) Restocking charge is 20% of invoice price.
